Roland Gareis Consulting GmbH handles all data provided by customers (open trainings, in-house trainings, events, product orders, etc.) confidentially. Roland Gareis Consulting GmbH collects, processes and uses your personal data only with your consent or order for the purposes agreed with you or if another legal basis exists in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in compliance with the data protection and civil law provisions.
There will be only such personal data collected that is required for the performance and processing of our services or that you have voluntarily provides to us. E-Mail Marketing
The RGC newsletter keeps you up to date on trainings, events, innovations, current offers and RGC News. The newsletter can be subscribed free of charge with a few personal details. By ordering the newsletter, you agree that all the data provided will be processed for advertising purposes in the course of sending out the newsletter. You may revoke this consent at any time and without stating reasons by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter or by sending an e-mail to office@rolandgareis.com. If you would like to change your data, please contact us by e-mail at office@rolandgareis.com.
For sending and analysing selected newsletters, the data is sent to a shipping service provider. The shipping service provider records the opening and clicking behaviour of these newsletters. We need this data to be able to continuously improve our services. The processing and use of the data takes place exclusively in the territory of the European Union. A corresponding order data processing contract was concluded with the shipping service provider.
Transfer of data to third parties
Your personal data will neither be published nor authorized by Roland Gareis Consulting GmbH to third parties especially without your consent.
